Noble drinks. Rebellious spirit. A part of darkness and light resides in each of us. Angel or demon? To resist or not to resist temptation? Because everything is never black or white, our spirits are transparent, halfway between good and evil. Or vice versa.

Our Whiskey – Quebec

Whisky Portneuf

42.1% alc/vol

Mash bill: 70% Neuville corn, 15% soft winter wheat, 15% rye.

Aged for 3 years in new American white oak barrels, medium toast.

A rich and inviting nose where corn takes the lead with sweet aromas of butter caramel and roasted corn. Rye adds a touch of spice and freshly cut grass, while wheat brings a delicate hint of vanilla.

On the palate, the smooth and warming attack reveals notes of pink pepper, freshly harvested corn, and butter caramel. The grains unfold gradually with a silky texture and depth from the wheat, while rye enhances the experience with its bold spice and leather notes.

A long and harmonious finish where the rye spice lingers, supported by hints of dark cocoa and burnt caramel. A soft, enveloping warmth brings the experience to a satisfying close.

We believe Portneuf strikes a beautiful balance between the three grains and will appeal to those who appreciate complexity and character.
