Adam
Ingredients
- 2 oz. BeOrigin gin
- 1 oz. Monsieur Cocktail Love Tonic
- 10 drops birch syrup
- 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
- Grapefruit zest, to garnish
How to prepare
Pour all the ingredients over a single large ice cube in an Old Fashioned tumbler. Mix with a bar spoon. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Hot Cider
Ingredients
- 2oz BeOrigin
- 3/4oz Lime Juice
- 1/2oz Honey Syrup
- One pinch of ginger
- Labrador tea
- Pink pepper
- Rosemary
- Cardamom
- Mint
- Chili powder
- 250ml Apple Cider
- 125ml water
How to prepare
Place all ingredients on the stove and heat until the mixture is hot. Serve in a teacup and garnish with some of the herbs.
Cold Cider
Ingredients
- 2oz BeOrigin
- 3/4oz Lime Juice
- 1/2oz Honey Syrup
- One pinch of ginger
- Labrador tea
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Cardamom
- Mint
- Chili powder
- Add apple cider to taste
How to prepare
Put all the ingredients except the cider in a shaker, shake vigorously, then pour into an old fashioned glass and top with cider. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Ève
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. BeOrigin gin
- 3/4 oz. Monsieur Cocktail blueberry syrup
- 1/4 oz. Calvados
- 1 strawberry
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- Tonic
- 4 drops violet syrup
- Orange zest, to garnish
How to prepare
Mash the strawberry in a shaker, then add all the other ingredients except the tonic and the violet syrup. Mix with ice and strain into a highball glass. Top up with tonic. Add violet syrup and garnish with an orange twist.
Eve's Temptation
Ingredients
- 2oz BeOrigin
- 1/2oz Cointreau
- 1/4oz Lime Juice
- 1/3oz Blackcurrant liquor
How to prepare
Shake gin, Cointreau, and lime juice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Slowly add the blackcurrant liquor so that it sinks to the bottom, and garnish with a cherry.
Biting cold
How to prepare
Muddle the mint with the lemon juice in the shaker before adding all the other ingredients. Shake vigorously, then strain into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
L'Origine
Ingredients
- 1 oz. BeOrigin gin
- 1/2 oz. Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz. Aperol
- 1/2 oz. Monsieur Cocktail lime elixir
- 1/4 oz. Bowmore
- Lemon zest, to garnish
How to prepare
Chill a stemmed saucer glass with ice and Bowmore, then discard just before serving. Pour all the other ingredients into a shaker and mix with ice. Fine-strain into the coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Mule Gin
Ingredients
- 1 1/2oz BeOrigin
- 1 1/2oz Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- Soda Top
How to prepare
Combine ingredients directly into an ice-filled glass, stir lightly, top with soda, and garnish with a mint leaf.
Original Sin
Ingredients
- 2oz BeOrigin
- 4oz Eggnog
- 1/2oz Caramel Sauce
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1c. EagleBrand Condensed Milk
How to prepare
Mix all ingredients in a blender with ice. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and grated dark chocolate.
