Our craft distillery is known for producing a gin with character and elegance. We have succeeded in delighting many lovers of quality spirits with our BeOrigin. In order to satisfy the taste of those who love exceptional gins, we offer the BeOrigin Aged.
This is a unique product that undergoes a 24-month aging process in new oak barrels. As with our Canadian whisky, we take special care in the preparation and storage of the ageing casks.
We produce aged gin that is both elegant and full of character in our Quebec distillery.
An aged gin with an original flavor signature
After several months maturing in casks, our BeOrigin develops an amber colour and bewitching aromas. As the seasons go by, rose and lavender slowly give way to the typical caramel and vanilla notes from the American oak barrels in which it is kept.
Just like our artisanal gin and Aquavit, the Barrel Aged BeOrigin demonstrates the expertise we use at the distillery to deliver fine spirits that meet your expectations. For us, a masterpiece is not ready when it is done, it is done when it is ready.
